To be able to correctly perform and apply the techniques, the practitioner relies on his/her command of external coordination, internal dynamics and connected power. Coordination of physical movements, breathing patterns, power generation and timing, all these different aspects must be taken into account in order to produce devasting fighting power. I stress these aspects in my own teaching, and try my best to give students a proper foundation. When teaching, I try my best to transmit the essence and flavour of the various styles of Kungfu, as well as some of my own ideas, interpretations and experiences accumulated throughout the years. I hope to be able to share my beloved art forms with those who are interested."
